Refund

Please contact our customer service immediately before the production process starts if a wrong order has been placed. If our support team cannot correct the order, a new order will need to be placed. And the refund of the order will be credited to your OPF Pay On account (default).

Preliminaries

Online Printing System is a prepress process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, a client or a graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. This process increasingly calls for a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment with output provided by digital printing.

This solution will make your company run more efficiently and profitably by streamlining your business processes, maximizing your resources and eliminating redundant operations.

Products

The site currently supports eight major and popular print products as listed. We are shortly going to introduce more products like logos/mailing labels, vinyl stickers, catalogs, banners, calendars, door hangers and raised ink cards.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.

Printing & Services

4C refers to full colour. Please choose 4cx0c if you require one side of full-colour printing. You can choose 4Cx4C if you require full-colour printing on both sides.

File format can be in .JPG .EPS .AI .PDF files with 300 dpi resolution. Please note that fonts in artwork have to be outlined and embed images.

We do not send proofs. Once the artwork has been printed, we will not be responsible for any spelling or artwork errors. Thus, the client is required to check all spelling & artwork.

Bleeding is an extra image or background colour that extends beyond the trim area of your printed piece. All of the artwork needs to include at least an extra 1.5mm bleed to avoid some unnecessary strips appearing along the edge of your print work.

We can do urgent jobs on business cards, stickers, and flyers without finishing applying. These products can be printed urgently with ready artwork and self-collected. Please talk to us first if you have any questions.

If the production process hasn't started yet, you are allowed to revise your artwork. Note that production lead time will also be affected. 

Most of the templates are not editable, only the label stickers series is adjustable.

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.

Pricing

First, you must register on our website. Then, you can submit the form with the specifications of products in the " price calculator", the price will appear without GST.

Depending on how complex your products are, it will take 1-2 working days to complete.

The validity of the quotation is 30 days.

You can access your OPF account by clicking on "My Account". The OPF system will also send you an email.

No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against the speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Please use the indicative prices for calculating the basic cost. Once you place the order using the above parameters, we will quickly mail you the final, exact cost.

Ordering & Payment

It depends on various products. Every product page will state the production lead time on order form. If you cannot find the lead time, you can ask our customer service. Lead time starts once your order is confirmed, and it does not include delivery time.

After submitting the specifications of the product, you will see "Upload Design->Upload file", please click the "Select File" button to upload your file. Please note that only 1 artwork file can be attached to each order.

Through our online form or online quote, you can place an order on our website. We are not accepting orders by email, even though you know all the specifications of your products.

For faster delivery, choose express printing services or self-collection at our office.

All our prices exclude GST. GST is required by law to be charged on our products. We will add GST to your order at the current rate.

All online payments are made via our secure payment gateway Stripe. All payments take place over encrypted pages through the servers of the payment gateway provider. Please note that none of our payment gateways divulges your credit card information to anyone, including us at OPF. So you can rest assured that your billing details are safe.

Once the production process is started, the order can't be cancelled.
